You know, this is a very good point to make to shut people who know nothing about hip-hop up, but there is a flaw in that all of your examples are 40-ish years old and were much more controversial in their day (except Tom Waits, I suppose).
Maybe 40 years from now contemporary hip-hop will be similarly accepted :D

London is covered with slush. It was snow, for a while, but it snowed on top of rain so quickly turned wet. Walking or driving anywhere is a nightmare.
