New mix up! mixesforfriends: MFF#11 Whenever I Smell Asphalt Rob complained about the blurry black and white lomo shots, and suggested that I crop something to album art shape instead. How’s this, Rob? Anyway, this is the first mix I’ve made just for this blog. Also very possibly the first mix I’ve managed to make where I’ve more or less stuck to a theme the whole way through (the theme was just “songs that sound a bit like this”). I know Deftones have always been one of the more respected nu-metal bands (you know, relatively speaking) but I actually never liked them. Except for this song. Fuck you all, this song is still good.

Man, I think I learned the drums for this to cover it with my first band…
